Machen resides in Northern California with his wife of 19 years and their three children.  He enjoys competitive running, snow and water skiing, and spending time with family.

Diane Ruebling

Diane M. Ruebling, MSIR is President of The Ruebling Group LLC. Rich, an avid entrepreneur, with 18 years of international and domestic Sales and Sales Management experience, bestselling author and a graduate from North Central College in Naperville, IL with a double major in marketing and communications, Rich founded Rich Campe International, Corporate and Personal Coaching, which is now Rich Campe International / DBA ProAdvisorCoach. Rich is a serious entrepreneur who has started, owned and sold Verizon Cellular stores, Real-estate companies and nutritional companies, to name a few. Rich has served as a board member for SMU (Southern Methodist University) MBA mentor program and has been invited to speak at multiple business conferences where he has shared the stage with world and business leaders such as President George Bush Sr., Les Brown, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar and a host of other CEO’s and influential leaders.

Rich Campe

Rich Campe graduated as a Certified Coach with Tony Robbins in 1991 and served as part of the original Jim Rohn International Coaching team for several years. Rich is a very successful business owner and entrepreneur; however, his real passion lies in helping people reach their true potential. ProAdvisorCoach clients include a host of companies such as… Bank of America, Woodbury Financial, Northwestern Mutual, AXA, Ameriprise, Hartford Financial, Planco and ING to name a few.

Rich has a clear passion for business entrepreneurialism that brings good fortune to all that he is involved with, and his passions don’t stop at business. Rich is a Certified First Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts and a dedicated husband and father (wife Catherine, daughter Camden, and son Lawson). When he isn’t chasing down opportunity, he can be found hanging with the family, who give dad a run for his money… biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, golfing, hiking and running with their dog Chloe!

Todd Mauney

In 2000, Todd Mauney founded Graphic Promotions, a manufacturing and consulting business in the promotional products industry, giving him first-hand experience running a profitable business with a true appreciation for the entrepreneurial dream, the unique challenges that come with achieving it and the power of professional coaching. During this same period, Todd partnered with eleven others to found and build a new church to 350 members within its first three years while also serving as the Director of ShepherdCare™ with Plowpoint Inc., a church consulting firm, pioneering and launching a cutting-edge coaching program designed to address leadership challenges of clergy in our current culture. His wife now enjoys running Graphic Promotions, Light of Christ church just raised over $2mm to build their campus and ShepherdCare™ continues to expand throughout the US and internationally.

Prior to his entrepreneurial achievements, Todd received national recognition as a top sales producer, national account executive and manager for over nine years with Fortune 500 heavy hitters, Pitney Bowes and ADP and arguably one of Xerox’s fiercest competitors, Konica Business Machines. During this time Todd’s extraordinary sales and management success earned him membership to the coveted Chairman’s and President’s Clubs in addition to cruises, exotic trips, trophies and recognition by KBM’s president as top technology demonstrator in the country.

Todd is a certified firewalking instructor with internationally recognized F.I.R.E. (Firewalking Institute of Research and Education), received his coach certification from Center for Creative Leadership in 2003 and continues to pursue advanced coach certification through the International Coach Federation-accredited International Coach Academy. A graduate of East Carolina University, Todd resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife Vicki and their three children, Jessica, Erica and Christopher.
