As a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach and Certified Comprehensive Sales Coach, he has more than 10 years experience training and developing individuals & teams in a number of settings, ranging from sole proprietors to executives in large corporations.

He founded ProBrilliance! Inc., a human development company providing performance coaching, motivational seminars, and results rich workshops.

His "Brilliance Provoking" processes bring clients on-purpose in many ways: in their daily living, their career tracks, their effectiveness as leaders, and their partnerships in life as well as in business.

He is also a contributing author to Sales Ideas That Work. He is a member of the following organizations: International Coach Federation; National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors; General Agency Manager's Association; Professional Coaches & Mentors Association.

Machen is happily married to his wife Laura, and they enjoy living on their ranch in Northern California with their three children.
